April singing for wellbeing

You’re invited to come and join other LGBTQI refugees and asylum seekers for a free, ONLINE workshop with Mo Ford. We’ll be using singing and breath techniques to help you let go of stress and tension. Singing together is also a great way to build community and connect with each other. You don’t have to be a ‘good’ singer or have any experience to take part, just show up and enjoy!
