How to contact us

There are a number of options available to contact us:

Email

When emailing us and to be contacted more rapidly, please make sure to include your full name, where in the UK you are living, your phone number and if you require a translator for the language you speak.

Research Enquiries

Please note that we do not have capacity to reply to unsolicited requests to take part in dissertations or research projects.

Office

Please DO NOT come to our office without an appointment. Our staff will not be available without prior notice. If you require a face-to-face meeting, please call the phoneline first and arrange an appointment with a member of staff.

Helpline for LGBTQI migrants

To help us manage the backlog of enquiries, the helpline is closed to new enquires until 15th September. Please call us back then. 

Our phoneline is open for first time callers from Monday to Friday from 2pm – 5pm

If you are not a first-time caller, please call our phoneline from Monday to Friday from 10am – 4pm and select the relevant options to get in touch with a member of staff.

If you need a translator, please email [email protected] to arrange this in advance.
