This is the fifth session of the six-week online programme with DLA Piper.

Hosted by law firm DLA Piper, the Know Your Rights Education Programme is an empowering project that will expand your knowledge of UK legal rights and facilitate networking. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your rights in the UK and connect with other asylum seekers and refugees. You will have the chance to interact with DLA Piper lawyers, who will help increase your understanding of some key legal issues.

This session will focus on cyber security.

The programme is made up of six sessions. It will take place online every Thursday 4-5.30pm, beginning on 4 April and ending on 9 May. If you sign up, you are expected to attend all six of the sessions, as each session focuses on a different aspect of legal rights. At the end of the programme, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Download the information flyer here.

To sign up, please apply here. The application form asks for basic information such as name, contact details, age, gender, language(s) spoken, educational and professional background, and reasons for interest in the programme.
