Fitness for wellbeing with Dede Foley. Wednesday 28 February, 6-7pm. LGBTQI refugees and asylum seekers only

Treat your body and mind with a gentle fitness class led by Dede Foley. With over 20 years’ experience in the sports and fitness industry, plus a true passion for life, health, art, Dede will be walking us through a session focused on exercise for wellbeing, and teaching you some easy routines to learn and practice at home.  

Dede Bio: Dede has been working in the sport and fitness industry for over 20 years. Alongside having a successful career as a personal trainer, studio instructor and gym manager, she is also a tennis, self-defence and boxing coach. Her work has evolved to incorporate mind and body into her fitness training and she includes mindfulness as a way of developing a focus on movement, breathing and being present in the moment during training. Personal development is an important part of her work and she is currently studying to become a BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES) and trauma informed exercise trainer.
