DESCRIPTION:Let’s come together and talk about mental health! In this session we are focusing on the power of imagination and our ancestors.   \n\n\n\nThis is a new monthly session where we will be providing a safe space to talk about mental health and trauma. Let’s come together to talk about our thoughts and feelings\, emotional regulation\, and coping skills\, as well as introduce exercises that focus on relaxation\, visualisation and connection.   \n\n\n\nThis session is for LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees only. If you are interested in attending and based in the London area\, please email social@microrainbow.org with your name and the name of this event to register.  \n\n\n\nYou must be an existing beneficiary of our social inclusion programme to join this session. If you are new to Micro Rainbow\, please email social@microrainbow.org to find out more about attending an induction for new joiners.   \n\n\n\nIf you have any accessibility requirements you want us to be aware of\, please include this in your email to us.
