DESCRIPTION:We are back in 2026 and excited for the next session of the Trans Zine of Knowledge project! Come together and get creative in this session\, as we work on more Zine making and start to pull together everything we have done over the past 11 months. \n\n\n\nThese once monthly sessions have taken over our former Trans+ project\, offering a safe space for trans migrants to come together in solidarity through creative and theatre making activities. \n\n\n\nThis project will take place in person in London over 12 months\, will be split into themes decided by our community members. The project will culminate in a collective zine for and by trans migrants\, using everything we have made and shared through our sessions. \n\n\n\nTo sign up for this project you must be:\n\n\n\n\na trans\, nonbinary or gender non-conforming person – someone who feels represented under the trans+ umbrella\n\n\n\na person seeking asylum or a refugee in the UK\n\n\n\nbased in or able to travel to London\n\n\n\n\nEmail social@microrainbow.org to sign up today! \n\n\n\nPlease include the session name and date in all registration emails to help our team process your request. There are limited places per event and you may be added to the waiting list. DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next online asylum support meeting in April! \n\n\n\nThe advice will be general\, and the lawyers will not be able to give individuals advice specific to their cases. The lawyers at the session are not there to take you on as clients at their firms.  \n\n\n\nAt the meeting\, lawyers who specialise in asylum law will give a presentation. The purpose of the presentation is to inform asylum seekers\, or those who are thinking of applying for refugee status\, of the basis of refugee law for LGBTQI claimants. The sessions will cover pre-decision matters\, how to prepare your asylum claim until you get a first decision. The lawyers will explain the asylum process\, what you can expect\, and how best to prepare.   \n\n\n\nYou will be able to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
