Have you ever tried yoga? Why not try it in this session for LGBTQI refugees and asylum seekers!
Yoga can help increase your flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone and improve your respiration, energy and vitality. Yoga can help reduce stress and lower your blood pressure. It can help keep your joints healthy and improve your posture. The breathwork involved is meditative and mindful, and the sessions are relaxing and restorative.
This is an in-person session. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided. Please come in comfortable clothing suitable for bending and stretching in. Come along and experience the healing and relaxing power of yoga.
