頌缽是一種通過敲打後產生令人療癒音頻的樂器，對身心靈的好處多不勝數。在我們兩小時的工作坊中，我們可以一起沉浸在頌缽的舒緩氛圍之中，尋找內在平衡並減輕壓力，藉溫和的振動洗去緊張，體驗深度放鬆和內心的平靜。誠邀你一同參與這個探索自己心靈的旅程！ 

報名須知 : 參加者請留意個人健康狀況，如你有以下或其他身體狀況，我們並不建議參與本頌缽體驗。
– 懷孕 4 個月以下或 7 個月以上
– 曾進行心臟手術並已安裝內置心臟起搏器
– 曾進行腦部手術或已安裝外置入物
– 對金屬敏感
如你不肯定自己是否適合參加頌缽體驗，建議你報名前先諮詢醫生意見。

Singing Bowl Experience Workshop
Singing bowls are instruments that produce healing frequencies, offering numerous benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. In our two-hour workshop, you can immerse yourself in the soothing ambience of sound therapy to explore your inner needs, seek inner balance and relieve stress. Experience profound relaxation and inner tranquillity as gentle vibrations wash away your tension. Join us on a journey towards serenity and discover a different aspect of yourself!

Important Notes for Registration:
Participants are advised to consider their personal health conditions before registering. The Singing Bowl experience is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:
– Pregnant people who are less than 4 months or more than 7 months into pregnancy
– Individuals who have undergone heart surgery and have an implanted pacemaker
– Individuals who have undergone brain surgery or have implanted external devices
– Individuals with metal-related allergies
If you are unsure, we recommend consulting your GP before registering.
