Join Micro Rainbow online this month for a community check in followed by a guided meditation run by the amazing meditation and yoga practitioner, Katie Mantwa George.
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, help reduce stress, and improve sleep. This evening session will be suitable for anyone, whether you meditate regularly or if it will be your first time trying the practice. This session is for LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees only.
